On Saturday,  Mugiwara Dani, Perzeval, Cimeas and two other people whose names I can't remember did Sorrow's Embrace, veritably destroying every single boss, including the dreaded 5-stage golem 'tsunami', a challenge that supposedly took Ry "three hours" to overcome.

Bored on Saturday evening, Cim then decided to have a 'group' screenshot, and about 13 people decided to show up in Lion's Arch, where we scaled the cliffs until we reached the diving board.  There we took numerous screenshots, but someone had turned into a Dredge Machine for most of them, so only 2 were actually suitable for the website.

Then we took a picture by the beach, and though certain members baulked at Min's suggestion to strip their virtual characters down to their virtual underwear, eventually the prudes capitulated and the screenshots were taken.

On Friday evening The Infernal vanquished the competition as  Cimeas, Rhaymer, Alan Daz, Minzuhar, Alexis Starblaze and Janie Tinker somehow managed to take Stonemist keep, raising the question of whether The Infernal is just the best guild on Ring of Fire or whether the competition is just really, really dumb.  (The answer, of course, is both.)

On Sunday, several members of The Infernal took on an even greater challenge than the 'F'-pressing skills of other players- The Shatterer.   Yes, guildies from all over Tyria banded together to spam the '1' key for 10 minutes, and as glorious as it was, my best memory of the whole event will be Min going absolutely crazy in chat.  Yes Min, I think I've figured out that I need to go to LOWLAND BURNS waypoint....

so there i am,

Journeying through Guild Wars 2 so far, I've come across a few awesome sights and vistas, and I thought I'd post them on the blog.
